Prof. (Dr.) Sukhvinder Singh Dari is the Director of Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur, and has been a dedicated member of the Symbiosis family for nearly two decades.
He has been with Symbiosis Law School, Pune, since 2007, and has also served at Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA (since its inception in 2010), Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad (since its inception in 2014), and Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur (since its inception in 2019).
At Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, he served as Deputy Director and later as Officiating Director, contributing significantly to the institution's academic and administrative development. His extensive experience across these institutions has provided him with a rich and diverse perspective on legal education, enabling him to make valuable contributions to the development of each institution.

Director of Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur.Prof. (Dr.) Sukhvinder Singh Dari holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Laws from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and an LL.M. in Business Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He has further enhanced his expertise with diplomas in Human Resource Management & Labour Laws and Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, broadening his legal knowledge across multiple domains.
Prof. (Dr.) Sukhvinder Singh Dari has been a resource person at various national law schools, government departments, police academy, UGC HRDC (University of Hyderabad), and other distinguished forums.

He teaches a wide range of subjects including Corporate and Commercial Laws, Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Jurisprudence, and Labour Laws, while also guiding Ph.D. scholars and supervising research at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Prof. (Dr.) Sukhvinder Singh Dari has completed various funded and non-funded research projects at national and international levels. He has chaired and attended numerous national and international conferences, with a special focus on company law and corporate governance. His research interests are widely reflected in his publications, with several national and international papers and articles in leading journals and books.

Prof. (Dr.) Sukhvinder Singh Dari’s dedication to academia is matched by his contributions to social advocacy. He was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Disability Rights Advocacy Group (DRAG) for his tireless efforts towards the rights of persons with disabilities.
He has also been honored with the "Academic Excellence" award at the Legal Desire Summit & Awards and a Certificate of Excellence for his involvement in the International Paris Summit on Climate Change, organized by the Centre for United Nations.
