Adv. Aniket Dabadghao has obtained his law degree from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. After enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, he has worked in the chambers of Adv. Devendra V. Chauhan. He has several years of litigation experience in different areas of law and has appeared before various courts & tribunals across the country for a diverse clientele, individual and corporate, both as a principal advocate and also as a member of a litigation team. He has done extensive work in varied fields of law such as Constitutional law, Commercial law, Criminal & Company law, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Transfer of Property Act.
