Adv. Sharad Bhattad completed his graduation from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. After enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in the year 1999 he joined the office of Hon'ble Justice VC Daga as an intern for the initial years before starting his independent practice. He has several years of litigation experience in different areas of law and has been catering to a diverse clientele. He is a senior standing counsel for Income Tax Department, Customs and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and of Nagpur Municipal Corporation for handling labour and industrial disputes among others. He is also a Legal advisor to Alexis Hospital, Kingsway Hospital, Central India Institute of Medical sciences and other entities.
