Adv. Bhutada Studied up to 10th from Somalwar High School Ramdaspeth Nagpur and 12th from Shivaji Science College Nagpur. Scored 91 percent in PCB group in 12th. However, missed admission to MBBS course by 1 mark. Took admission to University College of Law. Simultaneously, while appearing in person under guidance of his father, Dr. V R Bhutada, prosecuted Writ Petition before Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court for revaluation of marks in biology subject. After 3 yearlong hard fought litigation, won the case. That success resulted in increase of 4 marks. Finally got admission to MBBS course. However, after a few days in Medical College came back to pursue Law. Completed LLB earning overall 3rd rank in University. Received Late Vijay Bonde memorial Gold Medal, Gokuldas Bhangde Memorial Gold Medal, Shri V Y Jakatdar Memorial Silver Medal and The Alladi prize at the University convocation. Has been practicing ever since mainly at Nagpur and Mumbai with appearances before different Tribunals, Subordinate Courts and High Courts in the country as well as Supreme Court of India. Was Secretary of High Court Bar Association Nagpur during 2013 and 2017.
