Dr. Saiyed is Professor and Director of Parul University of Law and Dean, Faculty of Law, Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat. He did his Ph.D. in Law from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. He has more than 25 years of blend experience of teaching, administration and research along with the practice before the High Court of Gujarat for ten years.
