Mark Meirowitz is a business lawyer who has been in practice for over 30 years with top law firms and as in-house counsel with major corporations (in the insurance and health care fields). He has had extensive experience in business law, corporate governance and corporate transactional work, contract review and preparation, commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property, real estate, international transactions and franchising. Mark also holds a doctorate in Political Science, and has taught courses in Politics, History and Law at colleges in the New York metropolitan area. He has also taught English to Turkish students at a college in NY and also at a university in Istanbul. His particular focus is on Turkey, in particular issues related to US-Turkish Relations and Turkish Foreign Policy and he is an advisor to, or board member of, a number of prominent Turkish American organizations.
