Ms. Dulki Seethawaka is the Administrator at Bentota Workshop, Dawlana, Bentota, Sri Lanka. She is also qualified as Notary Public (Ministry of Home Affairs), Commissioner for Oaths (Ministry of Justice), Certificate of Registration as a Secretary and Attorney-at-Law (Sri Lanka Law College). She was Senior Researcher of the Centre for Environmental Law and Policy (CELP), Faculty of Law, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
