Mr. Ramesh K. Vaidyanathan is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He is a general corporate lawyer with varied experience in M&A, joint ventures, projects and infrastructure, aviation and franchising. Before founding Advaya, Ramesh had the opportunity to be in private practice as the Partner of a large law firm and the General Counsel of a large Indian infrastructure company.
