Ms. Mrinalini Banerjee

Assistant Professor

Ms. Banerjee is currently working as Assistant Professor Research with Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Before joining GNLU, she was working with GD Goenka University and Chettinad Academy of Research and Education. Recently she has been selected as a researcher by The Hague Academy of International Law for the year 2020- 2021. She is the only Indian out of the 34 participants across the globe. She has completed her under-graduation from KIIT School of law in International Law Honors followed by her Masters from King's College London in Transnational Law. Presently, she is pursuing her PhD. from Gujarat National Law University. She has qualified for UGC NET and AIBE.

She has also completed an academic course from SOAS, University of London and was a student of the 2017 Private International Law course at The Hague Academy of International Law. She is the recipient of the Good Enough Commonwealth Scholarship, 2016. Apart from this she is also the recipient of the GAJE, 2019 Scholarship and also received grants from Asian Development Bank and IUCN Academy of Environmental Law to participate in a Train the Trainers Workshop and present her paper in Kuala Lumpur respectively. Ms. Banerjee has contributed by publishing her views on several indexed journals.
