Patrick Terry is the Dean of the Faculty of Law and a Professor of Law at the University of Public Administration in Kehl in Germany. His main research interest is public international law. He has published in various international legal journals, among them the Harvard National Security Journal, the Georgetown Journal of International Law and the Asian Yearbook of International Law. Previously, Patrick Terry was a Judge in southern Germany for more than nine years. He holds four law degrees: a Ph.D. in public international law and a Master of Laws degree in International Law and International Relations (both awarded by the University of Kent, UK) as well as two German law degrees (awarded by the Ministry of Justice and the University of Tübingen).
