Adv. Dushyant Dave is a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India & former president, Supreme Court Bar Association. He has been at the Bar for over four decades. He was a member of the National Legal Services Authority during 2004-2008. He has served on the Board of leading International Arbitration Associations and has been the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association for three times. He regularly defends public causes both inside and outside the court and contributes regularly to OpEds in leading newspapers and magazines on national, legal and constitutional issues.
